arrive in perfect condition to your door. Our artists are
chosen because they are the "best in the dog breed

If you are not completely
satisfied with merchandise you received, email us for a
return authorization for an exchange or refund.
Returns/Exchanges
NovaStarr does not pay for
shipping charges for returns or exchanges of
merchandise. Please do not pack your return using
newspapers. Items showing toothmarks will not be
replaced.
